Question: Why won't my computer download my games?

Everytime I try to down load a game, a pop up says not conected to enternet and I am , but it won't down load.

Try using a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome. I think it's an issue with the browser you're currently using; some settings might have been tweaked in a way to block downloading.
