What do I do when it comes to health insurance now?
I'm 18, Bipolar 1. I am insured through my dads jobs insurance...it will last till I'm 25 as long as I go to school fulltime.What if I don't become a student right away though?I keep hearing that it is a preexisting condition and I will be turned down from insurance. Is this true?What do i do?

Purchasing of universal life insurance as a gift for a not for profit?
I am 56 and would like to purchase a paid up insurance policy in the amount of 50,000 for the not for profit agency that my disabled adult child resides with. This would be a gift to the agency not for her use. How much could I expect to spend for this policy. I have been told that it would be about 30,000. And it would be a term until age 115? Any other suggestions for the gift giving. What about the tax right off on this

will an insurance cover a drunk driver? He rolled over,alcohol level was at 0.157 no one else got hurt but the drunk driver pretty bad head injury his truck is a total loss, and I was wondering, if insurance is actually going to help this idiot? who by the way is my little brother, but I hate drunk drivers.
Can I take my health insurance company to small claims court in Ontario?
I have a medical condition that prevents me from working a couple of weeks every couple of years on average. I have been approved before from the company and was approved for the first two days this time. I was off for over 6 weeks and I am owed between 3 4000 dollars. Never returned my calls and barely got to have any verbal conversations regarding my claim. It took over 7 weeks for them do deny my claim. I have appealled it about 3 weeks ago or more and still haven't received anything. I am willing to take this to small claims court to get my money. Should I call them and leave a message with my adjudicator and threaten to take them? Do I have a shot against a huge company like that without representation? I was first off work the last day of November and have yet to receive anything. I have to pay pills. Thanks in advance...
No insurance, where can I get cheap/free health care in my county?
I underwent surgery for an ACL reconstruction last year in March. I went to a hospital in the area where I saw an orthopedic surgeon. I had insurance at the time but now I do not have any insurance. I need to be seen by an orthopedic specialist because my knee is acting up and is hurting me now... and that isn't normal. I want to know if I re injured it or if it is something else because I start the Sheriff's Academy NEXT MONTH. Since I do not have any insurance, I can not go back to my original Doctor. Is there any way to be seen without insurance through the county? I live in Contra Costa County.Where can I go to have this done and imaging if needed . Any and all advice will be appreciated.

Why can Doctors refuse to see you because of Insurance?
Why can the Doctors in the US refuse to see you just based on what insurance you have like medicare and medicaid or Humana? Every insurance pays. I hope the doctors that are like this get really sick and don't get help to see what it's like. I thought this was a Free Country apparently just for criminals like doctors,judges,attorneys and cops which I call criminals of police station. At least in europe like in Germany and canada the insurance is better and the doctors.
