What to do about back pain caused from stress?
My boyfriend has major back pain all the time all over his back which is mostly from stress I was wondering what are some things to do about it?Because my back is killing me and that's only when I get my periods, and if his is all the time and all over his back, I really want his pain to go away.Advice will be greatly appreciated.He is only 18, so I don't think old age can have something to do with it.
What is the best way to sleep with back pain?
I have had back pain as long as i remember. AnD iM 12 My lower and upper back hurt the most along with my neck. My friend used to have chyropracting to help with migrains and her mom had it for back pain. But when i asked my parents about it they said i didnt need it. And you cant change their minds. So is there and way to make it stop without meds would be best. And my mattress us only 2 tears old and looks and feels new plez help I usually sleep on my side i swim in my sleep as my mom says and with my stuffed dog under my neck cause his back is shaped perfect for my neckAnd i cant flip my matress becuase one side is flat and not ment for sleepibg and the other side is the side you sleep on. Should i jump om it to make it softer? Or try to keep it hard?
What causes horrible back pain?
Okay I am kinda young. I am 13. I have had a horrible lower back pain for 2 years. I did a flip and landed completely on my back 2 years ago. I was able to stand the pain for a year and in the last year its escaladed to the point where I can not stand it. I have had a cat scan, x ray, and bone scan on my back doctors say i have a little inflamation in my lower vertabra but nothing they can fix surgicaly. They sent me to physical therapy for 5 months..didnt work it continued to get worse. They put me in a brace didn't work got EVEN WORSE I do not know what to do they say nothing is there. But they also say the pain and whats " not there" does not add up. I also have scoliiosis its 23 degrees. it has to be 25 degrees before they do anything. so its not that bad. they also say scoliosis can not cause the pain I am having. Recently in 3 weeks i have had pain all up my spine. lower part of my back and on both sides of my back torwards my side its all sharp pain. and on my spine most of the time it feels super tight and sharp pains. What do I do? What is causing this? Plz help

I often get a sore spine back from what I think I m pretty sure is because of slouching over too much. I usually slouch over because I am doing art or something where I have to slouch over a bit. The pains are getting annoying and I would REALLY like them to stop.Does anyone know some exercises that I can do whenever I get a sore spine? Or maybe to stop receiving a sore spine? usually, if I get a sore spine back I just stretch by arching my back sticking out my stomach , but this doesn t work for very long please help me

Horrible stabbing back pain!!?
A Week ago I developed a shooting pain in my lower back. Everytime I go too bend over It feels like someone is stabbing me.. Or certain ways I move I get the same shooting pain.. I went to the ER on Friday cause I could not get to my doctor till tuesday.. The ER doctor gave me 20 oxycodone 5 mg I started taking those and my pain subsided. I went to the doctor yesterday told him how I was feeling and how bad the pain has been.. He told me to start taking this pill called mobic.. So I took it as soon as I got it filled.. Last night while sleeping the pain was back and worse than before. I could hardly move witout having the stabbing pain.. I am now all out of oxycodone and I will not be able to get into my doctor till next tuesday what should I do??? It hurts so bad that I cant hardly move..
Can't stand this back pain, had epidural July 11th. 2010 before delivering. [read below]?
Hey guys. Like I said above, I have extremely bad back pain. I can sometimes not even lay on my back because of it, or when my boyfriend is hugging me or something it kills me I don't know what to do, I'm getting to the point to where I cant STAND it. Like I can't even sit in one place for very long without moving because this pain is so bad. I had a epidural on the 11th of July before delivering my daughter...I remember the guy who did the epidural maybe doing it a few times because the first time he said it he said to the nurse that it wasnt working and I asked her " what if it doesnt work?" and she says to me " We'll get threw it anyway" ..lol..So idk what happened but I went to doc on Aug. 9th and told them about it, they put me on Naproxen, which is I guess a anti inflamitory medicine. It doesn't help all. Anything I can do ?Thnx guys.
Could someone help explain this back pain...?
This morning i woke up with sharp back pains mid way down the right side of my back, projecting around the front which is also painful on inhaling and on the touch. At the momenti am at work and i know the chairs arent helping but it is agony. Has anyone experienced this?I have had back problems in the past but recently have been ok. No doctor has confirmed any problems as of yet.I have been taking painkillers and am still experiencing discomfort around my spine and to the right and lower back. Does anyone know what this could be?
Lower back pain. Herniated disk?
I have a pain in the lower back, when I touch the lower spinal cord I fee some pain. It started after gym training. It is lasting for more than 1 month...but only recently I stopped training. Will it stop.? The pain is not unbearable but I am very concerned. What should I do? Will it go away with time?I have experienced weird sensations in my tighs..so I guess it has something to do with nerves. I want to know if it is something very serious.

Uncomfortable Back Pain?
Hello everyone, my back has been extremely uncomfortable for the past few months years and I have no idea what's causing it...My Shoulders are uneven one is higher than the other The back of my neck cracks when I rotate my headI can crack my back every few minutesI have bad posture head and shoulders angle forward I have bad walking posture sitting posture head and shoulders angle forward of my body I feel tense alot on my shoulders, people tell me my shoulders look tense alot even though I dont feel tense.Overall when I sleep at night my back feels uncomfortable and this applies for walking and sitting also.Any thoughts?
Lower Back Pain while doing crunches?
So I started to do crunches to get a little bit more in shape but every time i start to do crunches I get a really sharp pain in my lower back. It is on the left and the right side a little bit up from where the spine meets with the hip area. After I feel this pain come and I stop I can barely breath for a few seconds because the pain is really bad. This doesn't occur only when I do crunches. I have been trying to work around my back pain by doing leg lifts and I get the same pain. Does anyone have any advice or any explanation to why this is happening.Thanks for your help.
Back pains, mood swings, whats the problem?
I am 18 and ttc. dont know if this has anything to do with whats going on .But I have been having back pain alot. I also notice that just one of my nipples leaks just a little bit of fluid. I also have just been having random mood swings which is really weird. Can someone tell me what is going on? Im a little worried it might be something serious.ttc trying to conceive
