Reliable back pain information
It seems lately after I get done with my period I get really bad cramps and low back pain.?
The pain only lasts about 5 days.... I am going to see the doc about the possibility of endometriosis.. I was just curious if anyone else ever had this happen or what else it could be. I am a 27 healthy girl with no history of cancer like ovarian or bladder or cervical.. I am just a little nervous.
How many adults in oregon went to the doctor for back pain in 2009?

I am in high school like most American teens and have had horrible back pain for a while. I play soccer and used to play basketball so I don't use those muscles anymore. I do have to carry this gigantic backpack. What do I do.the weight i was referring to was my backpack
My mom has severe back pain what do I do? Please help she is in a lot of pain!?
My mom is 40 years old and has never had back pain before. Today she was getting groceries out of the trunk and picked up some oranges no more than 5lbs and she all of a sudden had this severe back pain. She has to crawl back into the house and grab the phone to call my dad. This happened about 3 hours ago. When I came home from school she managed to get on the couch, but when she moved a little bit she would look like she was about to cry. She took some Motrin which helped a little bit, but she is still in severe pain. I helped go to the bathroom and I am really concerened. My dad is a doctor, but he just started his new job and he has a lot of patients so my mom told him not to come home. My uncle is also a doctor, but he is not answering is cell phone. I keep asking my mom if she wants me to call a doctor or something, but she tells me don't do it. Please help me and I'm sorry if I have any spelling grammer mistakes, I am typing this in a rush

Hey, i'm 16, and just last week i was building a snowman with my brother, it was fairly big and when i lifted part of it i hurt my back a little, and over the past week the pain has progressed, it's not unbearable or anything just certain positions are quite painful, it's in my lower back area and i was wondering if there's anyway you would know how to fix this? or shall i consult a professional?
What might cause lower back pain when lying down?
For as long as I can remember I've had ridiculous pain when lying down. It starts in my lower back, then spreads to my hips and down my legs. Cracking my back and popping my hip helps for a few minutes, but then it's back. It doesn't hurt when I lie on my back or am walking, but it does also hurt when I'm sitting up. Painkillers don't really help. The leg pain is more like muscle cramping, but in my back and hip it's a different kind of ache don't know how to describe it , both are constant. Walking gets rid of the pain while I'm actually walking, but as soon as I lie down again it's back.Weirdly, it disappeared for a few months once, following a hospital stay where I was basically locked into one position on my back but with a raised upper body for 12 hours. But then it came back one night and never left. I suppose I could try to assume a similar position and not move for most of a day, but that's not hugely practical. What in the heck could be causing this? My doctor says I just need to exercise more, which is true in general, but then why would being in one position for an extended period of time fix it for months? Otherwise there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with me. I had a CT scan when I was in the hospital to make sure I didn't have some kind of infection there as opposed to the bladder kidney infection any idiot and their dog could see I had...but I had insurance so they insisted on running every test in the book...and of course it was on Good Friday so I couldn't see my doctor for days and just couldn't take the pain any longer and it didn't show anything weird. Even if exercising more does cure it so far it hasn't, but I've let it go in the past few months anyway , I'd still like to have some idea of what the heck is CAUSING it. Anyone have any idea? It's very aggravating, as I seem unable to sleep on my back, but obviously can't sleep with searing pain either

i'm a little lazy and i do not play any sports. when its nice outside i walk the dog. when ever i pick something heavy up my lower back hurts. i do not sit stright in school and there is times when i can't even bend down. we it hurts i can barley move. weight 195 height 5'4 any with answers please help me out thany u patrick
Left lower back pain and nausea?
earlier this evening about an hour after i ate and went to lay down i got this really intense lower back pain on the left side and got really neaseus and wanted to vomit. It only lasted a few minutes but why do you think this happened?i've also been extremely tired lately as well, have lost all motivation to do anything

Hey guys i keep getting this feeling of loads of pins digging in my back and especially when i walk my dog, i am 14 and nearly 15 and im growing in height very very rapidly is it something to do with that? its really painful and im just woundering if anyone knows whats going on? lol P..thanks
How can you have severe back pain and get told there is no obvious reason for it?
my daughter has just been for a mri scan,we already knew she has sina biffida occulta and a 17 % curve in the top area of her spine as these showed up on the first and only xray she had done. the pain she has is at the bottom of her back but the mri did not show any problems,so where is the pain coming from?can any one help

Same thing happened few months before also. And it was cured on its own after few days. I cannot stand erect, or walk comfortably, there is little pain. So is it necessary to consult a doctor?
