I have been having bad back pain in the lower part of my back. It feels like the main point of the pain is in the spine. I have tried quite a bit and nothing seems to help. I would appreciate anything.

I need a remedy for back pain?
The other day I damaged something in my back while working out and possibly pinched a nerve. I keep trying to stretch it out and run hot water down the spine during a shower but it doesn't help. I don't want to go to the doc. because the medication can be addicting. Can any one recommend some home remedies. It only a occasional sting in the deltoid. I'll take some ibuprofen and get a good nights rest and see how it feels in the morning. I appreciate everyones response and if the pain is still there in the morning the I will try the next level of pain management.

Looking for home remedies to help with back. I am already seen a chiropractor, and now some of the exercises to follow, but I am looking for a home remedy to help with the pain. OTC NSAID's aren't doing the trick, plus don't want to take them continuosly. I tried capsicum hot pepper extract I think and it works ok. Also tried ICE at night, and heat in AM to get moving.What other home remedies do you guys suggest?

I have been dealing with back pain issues since 2003 I don't want to have anymore surgery done. I have an inversion table and a spinal cord stimulator implant that helps with the pain or should I say has in the past helped. I'm not doing so well right now. I have double scoliosis, and when the weather gets cold or rainy...it really starts hurting. i get sore and bruised and i get really bad headaches. ive tried hot baths with epson salt, hot pads and cold ice packs, icey hot ointment. pain killers...is there any ideas Im forgeting about?
